About the Company
Card Processing Systems was founded by credit processing professionals with executive business experience from JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo Bank, Wachovia Bank and First Data Corporation.
George Jathas
President
Mr. Jathas, our President, has over 20 years of experience in the payment processing industry beginning his career as a Bank Officer in the Merchant Sales Division for Chase Manhattan Bank and HSBC Bank. Mr. Jathas was Vice President of Sales and was employed with First Data Corporation for seven years. During that time, he was promoted to Senior Vice President managing all sales for a number of the largest Bank Alliances in the industry including Wells Fargo Bank and Chase Merchant Services. Mr. Jathas was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for CyberSource Corp, a provider of on line risk management services and Bank of Butterfield (Promisant) a Bermuda based provider of international merchant accounts.
