Andrea joined our team in June of 2007. With more than 10 years in the customer service industry, Andrea is a valuable asset in assisting our merchants with any problems or questions they may have regarding their accounts. Her knowledge of Card Processing System's newest products makes it easy for the merchants to find the tools they need in order to be more successful. Andrea handles Cash Advance Sales, Merchant Accounts and the Web Developer Program.

William Demase brings a wealth of financial service industry experience as Vice President of Sales with over 15 years in the payment processing industry. He is responsible for all sales channels and bank partners. Prior to this appointment, William had worked as regional director for sales forces with Wachovia Merchant Services, Chase/First Data and Citibank.

Amy joined the team in March 2007 and holds a BBA in Marketing from Iona College. She has worked in the banking industry for over 4 years and has over 10 years experience in the field of customer service. Amy handles the processing of merchant applications and also assists the sales team. She works closely with Andrea to handle customer inquiries.
